Nozipho Mbanjwa
Nozipho Mbanjwa, 34, is a TV anchor, has moderated dialogues with presidents and CEOs at the UN, WEF and World Bank, but is also dedicated to tackling issues of transformation back home in South Africa for youngsters through her voluntary work.
The CNBC Africa anchor is a Tutu fellow, a Young African Leadership Initiative fellow, and runs a company called The Talent Firm, which helps organisations and schools have difficult conversations about race and transformation.
Mbanjwa also works with schools back in her home town of Pietermaritzburg, to help them discuss and work through issues of racial transformation.
